| Rising Wolf Ranch is a great base location to enjoy the many activities
involved with Glacier National Park and the Badger Two Medicine area of the Lewis and Clark National Forest. Originally built in 1928, this historic guest ranch is located approximately 4 miles east of the
Continental Divide on the southern edge of Glacier National Park. The ranch spans the South Fork of the Two Medicine River. |
| Rising Wolf Guest Ranch has undergone extensive remodeling since the summer of 1991. Most of the
renovation is now complete, and we are accepting groups that want to rent the ranch for family get togethers or companies looking
for a remote meeting location. |
| The center of activity at Rising Wolf Ranch is the main lodge. Built of timbers and pine pole, it
contains 6 bedrooms and 2-1/2 full baths. The dining and living rooms both enjoy the original river rock fireplace. The
porch on both the first and second floors face the mountains of Glacier Park and look out on the South Fork of the Two Medicine
River. The view is breathtaking and spectacular! |
The Ranch House is only steps away from the lodge. The
ranch house was completely remodeled in the spring of 2005. A full kitchen is available plus 6 more
bedrooms with 2 full baths. All linens and towels are provided. The living room contains a TV and VCR for your enjoyment.
Off the front deck is a garden area with 2 hammocks sheltered by Aspen trees providing the perfect place for your afternoon nap.
An adjoining cabin provides a fun place to sleep for youngsters, or for a couple looking for a more private setting.
